A much tighter range of possible starting pay for this position than with excavators.
“But I have experience so starting pay does not help me figure out what I should be getting?”
Well looking at the range of pay for all positions on average the difference from lowest offered pay and the highest offered pay is 11.79%. Assuming that the majority of Supervisors will make between £17,000-19,000 starting off you can assume that if you have lots of experience you should be getting between £18,850- 21,000. There is a range from 6% to 21% so you could be making a little more to a little less. These are all averages and you need to take that into account.
