This came over the interweb a few days back. Before anyone reads this the wrong way, YES they are fake. You can see they photoshopped the same skull into different photos (Look at the first photo. Look at the skull and the gap between the teeth. Now, look at the last photo’s skull and the gap between the teeth- Photoshop. Same skull.) . My favorite part is that they took photos that are at least 30 years old and used them.I have to say the photoshop job is not half bad in some of the images.
It does make me wonder how many people would believe this. I hope not many. On a related topic- 2012 and Archaeology- Also why the Apocalypse is like your children
Edit 8/11/2012- So I keep getting people posting comments about this could be real even though it is photoshopped. To put this to rest go here http://www-news.uchicago.edu/releases/photos/expedition/ to see one of the original non-photoshopped photos. Its not even archaeology its dinosaur bones.
In case that does not convince you here is the original photoshop contest that created some of the images. (one only got third place, and some did not even place) http://www.worth1000.com/contests/447/archaeological-anomalies-2
These astounding photos are from a recent archaeological discovery in Greece ; This totally unexpected find furnishes proof of the existence of “Nephilim.” Nephilim is the word used to describe the giants spoken of in biblical times by Enoch as well as the giant David fought against (Goliath). Note the incredible size of the skull…
Genesis 6:4 There were giants on earth in those days;
Numbers 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak,
which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight. These astounding photos are from a recent archaeological discovery in Greece ; This totally unexpected find furnishes proof of the existence of “Nephilim.” Nephilim is the word used to describe the giants spoken of in biblical times by Enoch as well as the giant David fought against (Goliath). Why is this Bible proving archeological find so hard to believe yet people will readily believe in evolution and archeology has proven a universal flood created the dinosaur fossils?

It is hard to believe because it is a fake! What is so hard about that. I am not sure about your other comments, they seem a bit jumbled to me.

They give real giants a bad name and make them seem unbelievable. When the real thing is found, they hide them away.

in various states (most in Texas and Arizona) in the US there have been found skeletons of this size (in reality, not photoshopped).
before the flood oxygen levels and air pressure were 2x as high, in Alaska archeological findings (drilling for oil) trees of 900 ft tall are found. Everything was bigger. In Italy they found a dragonfly of 4 ft !!
Doug Rocks-Macqueen
February 11, 2012
No, no they didn’t. No on the trees (biologically not possible) and no to the people (tallest person every was 9ft). Please stop saying “archaeologists found” as term to make it seem real.

They did find giant skelletons and they did exist. In the bible it says [gaints walked among the earth]

Calvin, no one is denying that giants exist. BUT these photos are fake and no one has ever been bigger then 9ft

I got this link in an email from a religious friend. Why is it that when a photoshopped image pops up, people immediately say. “Bible must be correct”? There are so many religious beliefs where giants “walked the earth” including Greek. (Which is where the ‘skeletons’ were found.

…I would just like to comment here, on the Platonian (Plato) ; “Knowledge as Vision”…or how percepts are formed and cluster around concepts such as ‘beauty’ and ‘justice’…certainly, the Greek heritage that comes down to us in the three dimensional forms of sculpture testify to ‘pre-conceptional’ idealism as to how to morph towards a kind of highest ideal or perfection of Form…so, then do we have ‘Arch-Angel’ sized humanity as it says in the Book of Enoch…in that various Angel’s chose collectively to abdicate their ‘First Estate’ of Angelhood, and ‘enter into the realm of human history’…thus, then are we God’s formed through the variables of time and myth? …are we juxtaposed beings, composed of the conglomerate of a meta-physical bond with physical? …I would say, let’s see the D.N.A. …certainly to give credence to a height of 15 ft. or more? …certainly, there is increasing irrefutable evidence of genetic tampering with humanity? …there are stranger creature’s, even still with us in contemporary history, that testify to an genetic morphology, that has originated ‘outside’ of the natural selection, or consequential order of becomingness that is inherent in the illusory, but self-contained flux of human ‘development’…the question might be asked, …what is the term ‘Giant’ …it was not gender specific…it has been genderized in much fairly recent popular media, as saying such as ‘he was a Giant among Men’…well, let’s examine all of the percepts that make one a ‘giant’? …how much say did we have in becoming a ‘giant’…what has giantness got to do with actual physically manifested stature…I just believe it’s one of the most tragic losses on the planet, when vital artefacts, essential concepts, are destroyed, invalidated, … human progress in enlightenment and understanding is interfered with by the shallow minded, who fear the deeper water’s of Truth…who do not trust or perceive a loving consciousness that is our Origin…so, I just really, really, do desire for the amazing discovery of the fascinating story of our development and ‘origin’ comes to Light…so that we might ‘Know’, with crystal clear ‘Vision’…Who we really are…and be not terrified by the Answer, but embrace our celestial inheritance with great faith and trust…and courage.

A space between the teeth in the one and the same in the other could mean that the skull you see at the bottom is the same skull..they took that skull and used it to put together the entire skeleton. The bottom picture appears they are unearthing the various bones…the one above it appears to be the finished work. I’m very skeptical about most internet stuff…even the shroud of turin because it has not been proved…but this appears to be real to me. Also, God’s Word tells us that in the latter times, many great things would happen, and mysteries would be discovered. For instance, they recently found proof of the whole Moses Parting the Red Sea story in the Bible. They unearthed hundreds of chariots, chariot wheels, and skeletons..and the studies done confirm that they were drowned…the findings were far out in the middle of the Sea, which still would have been the middle at that time…a place impossible for them to have been. So many things are being found now. You should at lease change your wording their to, “I believe they are fakes..and here’s why….” instead of saying very factually, “They are fakes.” Because you believe so, but you have not proved them to be fakes or not unless you have seen them in person yourself.
Doug Rocks-Macqueen
August 10, 2012
That is a really tall order to fulfill as seeing them would mean they exist, a bit of a paradox. It is hard to prove that something does not exist by seeing it.
Lyn Leahz
August 10, 2012
Not a paradox….my point exactly is that I can’t say for certain they are real, just as you can’t say for certain they are not real. I’m not mad or yelling at you or being rude either…I’m just commenting on my thoughts..sharing with you. I am assuming this is why you have a comments area.. It was a suggestion. Just as I can’t post this on my website and say it’s real..that would make me possibly mis-informing people when chances are high, they might not be real. They look real, but who knows. I’ve seen some good fakes on the internet. It’s easy to do. All I know is that the Nephilim did exist because God’s Holy Scriptures say they did…and that they were destroyed in the flood. The Nephilim after the flood was actually translated from Hebrew wrong…this is why I only trust the Hebrew Bible..it’s the original. The word was actually Giant (Goliath)..not Nephilim. But the translators translated it as Nephilim. Another example of this is in the story of Jonah. The translators translated what should have been translated as BIG fish into whale, because a whale was a big fish. But it doesn’t mean that Jonah was actually swallowed by a whale…all we know is that it was a very large fish. So, in closing, whether or not these pics are real is uncertain. However, I do not require proof of bones or skeletal remains to know that God’s word is real….it’s been proven in many other ways time and time again throughout history. God bless you, and I’m sorry if you’ve felt as if I am being rude, or arguing you. I’m not, and this is not my intention. Please know that emails, posts…anything in writing without voice inflection, facial expression, body language, etc can easily be misread with negative udertones. I assure you, this is not in my tone. Thanks.

The way I see it, you have a blog. You have it open to comments. Some people are going to ask questions, and some are going to disagree. Shoot, I have people disagree with me from time to time, and they’re not even somewhat nice about it. IF we have a blog and it is open to comments, we must therefore expect questions, comments, and/or opposition unless you just want everyone to kiss your backside, which they won’t. I have, from time to time, re-read replies I’ve written on my blog and thought, “Oohh, that sounds rude!” When I didn’t mean it that way. SO then, I write the person back and apologize to them, even if they were rude to me, for coming across rude when I didn’t mean to. But you are for whatever reason being obviously rude. Sometimes, if someone is negative or skeptical about your post, if you’re really wanting to convince them (being as to why you have a post telling people it’s fake..you want people to know or you would not have publicly posted it), they will receive you better if you kindly explain it to them. And if still there is no agreement, as I’ve myself said to people, “It’s okay. No big deal. We can always agree to disagree.” Nobody has to be rude or fight. It’s not life and death here..it’s a blog. It’s a bunch of skeletons for crying out loud; definitely not worth arguing about. I did mention in one of my previous notes, see here… “I’m not mad or yelling at you or being rude either…I’m just commenting on my thoughts..sharing with you. I am assuming this is why you have a comments area.. It was a suggestion…” And, again, “…when chances are high, they might not be real.” See, I, for the most part, agreed with you, and stated that I was not being rude, yelling, just commenting and sharing. So, if I stated that I mostly agree with you..why on earth would you need to provide me a link with, “…is that proof enough for you?” No big deal..I just actually liked your blog here very much, and found it intersting and informative, to be honest. I love archaelogy stuff. In fact, here soon they’re having an exhibit of pompeii in Cincinnati, OH I am flying out to see. And I was a little shocked that you seemed so agitated and put out by my comments. Anyhow, I’m sorry if somehow I have offended you by questioning this post..believe me, I wasn’t questioning your intelligence or anything like that..was just curious. God bless you. I hope you’ll stop over and visit my website sometime and take a look around. Would love to have you! Even if it is not your cup of tea. Maybe we can start from scratch.

Yeah, I live in the UK now and the sense of humor here is very dry. Something I have picked up. Something that does not come across well on posts. “…is that proof enough for you?” was a tongue and cheek response, obviously one that fell through. As was my first response about it being a high hurdle of proof to reach.
. It was actually a good question. However, an archaeologists would never move something from one context to another to fit it together for a photograph in the field. In the lab yes but never in the field but most non-archaeologists would never know that so your explanation was reasoned, just not likely. Have fun at the Pompeii exhibit. I am told it is very good.

It actually makes me extremely angry when people do this sort of thing because all it does is make the scriptures seem untrue to those who do not know. It doesn’t, of course, make the scriptures less true..but as I said, to those who do not know the truth, just as false doctrine does. It would better to never find such a ‘find’ than to fake it and lie about it. On a different note, one that was indeed real, did you hear about the chariots and wheels, and the skeletons they found in the place where Bible History claims Moses parted the Red Sea? Very interesting. I have two videos on it on my website. And have you seen the pompeii exhibit? Wouldn’t you love to? I can’t wait to see it!
As far as the other, I’m just somewhat sensitive and get upset if I think someone has misunderstood me..not upset as in mad…but worried, hurt…this is one of my ‘bad’ traits. I’m too sensitive at times. So I apologize for being too sensitive and going on at you about it.

Needless to say I am highly skeptical of a video that miss-quotes the bible min. 6.12 they attribute a quote to exdus but that is not what exdus 9:26 says. Its Kings 9:26. That is just me being nitpicking. As for the rest of it, I find lots of holes in their thesis. For one they are all over the place trying to make things fit that don’t. Ramesses II is thought to be the pharaoh of the bible (the hebrews build a town that he commissions and does not exit before him) and he is 19th not 18th dynasty so that wheel would not exist. Next is the idea the coral would surround the chariots and still have their shape. One wood is eaten too fast for coral to form around it. Two even if it did (a miracle in itself) it would have been 3000 years and the coral would not retain the shape of the wheels. Also, somehow the gilded wheel does not have coral – that makes no sense coral grows on gold as well as anything else. Not to mention no scale is shown so you can’t tell the size (but it looks modern in my opinion). Cnidarians are radially symmetrical animals. Radial symmetry means that the body acts like a hub and tentacles act like spokes coming out from the body, just like a wheel. They are confusing natural occurrences wheels. Final as far as I can tell nuwayba’ al muzayyinah does not translate to water of mose but adorned little spring. Google translate does not even recognize it as a phrase. I could go on but needless to say the video is not good.
